R&B sensation Jay Sean drew a massive crowd last night as his exclusive album preview party went down at New York City’s Greenhouse nightclub.

Anyone who is anyone in the industry filled the cool, eco-friendly club to see the U.K. cutie perform hits like "Ride It," "Down" and "Tonight." And what a night it was!

The DH! crew hung out with Cash Money members like Baby in the V.I.P area and watched as Birdman and Slim presented Jay Sean with a plaque for his number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.

After the performance, the DH! crew and the industry folks stayed around to mingle with the star of the night and his Cash Money family and talk to music execs who expressed their delight with Jay’s success.
