Oh my the winners are in for the 51st Grammy Awards! There was so much going on that we hope you caught a glimpse of the action. We're happy that a lot of the favorites amongst our readers made it out for the star studded event!

Some of the important wins included Record of the Year, Best R&B Album, and Song of the Year. M.I.A. was one of the nominees for Record of the Year, but unfortunately for her it went to Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. That duo also took home the similar category of Album of the Year. The Song of the Year was won by Coldplay for "Viva La Vida".

The Best Male R&B Vocal Performance went to Ne-Yo, who also won with his collaborating songwriters for the Best R&B Song category. Still the overall Best R&B Album of the Year belonged to Jennifer Hudson. While the Best Rap Album award was taken home by Lil Wayne for his release Tha Carter III. Of course there were weird moments, like the Jonas Brothers performing with Stevie Wonder, but it was a fun ceremony with a lot of great surprises. For one a very pregnant M.I.A. who was due on the night of the Grammys performed wearing an eclectic black and white get up. She arrived for the evening in a blue and purple above the knee Manish Arora dress and blue high top sneakers.

It wasn't really in keeping with what other women wore, but was totally an M.I.A. style outfit! We weren't all that shocked by her clothes and M.I.A. rocked it in a way that only she can.
