Lady GaGa is only in her early 20's, but she has conquered the music industry and paid back her student loans. She has number one hits on both sides of the Atlantic and a flourishing writing career along with her own hit album. All of this while still squeezing into latex leotards and rocking out in heels.

The pop star is taking on the world with India in mind. She has yet to tour there and though she hasn't yet formulated plans to do so, she is compelled to. Lady GaGa loves Indian food, her favorite dish is Pasanda, but it's too spicy for her before she performs. On tour, her favorite pre-concert food is chicken and hummus. Having recently seen a Bollywood show in Paris, Lady GaGa's interest in India has been peaked.

While on her last trip to the UK, the Desi Hits crew was able to have an exclusive interview with the Princess of Pop, Lady GaGa. No other media outlet was allowed access and we are happy to be able to bring you this candid interview with the 23 year-old sensation, where the down to earth star joked with our very own resident bachelor, Arun.  Each wore their own accessories: Arun, a bright pink scarf and Lady GaGa, a chainmail necklace that she brought just for the on-camera interview.

Considering what a successful pop star Lady GaGa has become, she didn't make the grand entrance the DH crew was expecting.This is probably due to the secrecy with which this interview went down. Not even the paparazzi knew she would be there! Well, there was one outside when we finished up, but she is Lady GaGa, after all. She's hard not to notice. Unlike other artists, the only entourage she came with was her manager and her makeup artist. She has to keep that electric purple hair in place somehow!

GaGa was gracious and humble, answering all of Arun's questions very carefully and enthusiastically. You can see in the video that she is very focused and career driven. GaGa was composed and she wanted to show us that she is serious about her career. And with her skyrocketing success it seems that she is not going to come down from it anytime soon!
