Several people celebrated Eid differently this year as the day was overshadowed by the recent attacks. The contemplative Aamir Khan wore all white with a band of black on his arm. Many actors in Bollywood have come together to wear black bands to protest and to show support of those lost in the Mumbai attacks. Khan celebrated quietly in his home, but allowed media to come in and interview him on this solemn Eid. Reporters asked many questions of him, but the overall message which Khan gave was very thoughtful, 'We should always stay united and should always stay one,' something that cannot be overstated in times like this. Throughout the interview, Khan made his rightful concern for his country and for everyone involved.
