Well the news just keeps on coming!  I mean, I know the Oscars are coming, but who would have thought there would be so much gossip around this time?  We here at Desi Hits! reported a rumor that said that Freida Pinto was married for two years prior to her burgeoning acting career that has really picked up steam.  Now the word floating around is that Pinto and her 'Slumdog Millionaire' co-star Dev Patel are an item, a couple, a pair.  Wow!

This rumor is coming from their co-star Anil Kapoor.  He spilled the beans on Ryan Seacrest's Morning Show on Los Angeles-based KIIS FM.  He claims the two of them share a 'magical chemistry.' 

"As a matter of fact, when I meet them I feel there is something happening," Kapoor said.  "But she says 'I have to look after him' and 'I have to baby sit him' and that kind of stuff... (I think) this is the beginning of something exciting happening.   "They definitely make a great pair. Both of them look very good together."

Something about a possible relationship between the two stars just doesn't surprise me.  They looked so good together in 'Slumdog Millionaire' and have been near each other for a long time now, even if it is just promoting the movie and getting to walk out on the red carpet.  Pinto, 24, and Patel, 18, definitely look like a couple when posing for pictures.  The two reportedly were sharing Oreo cheesecake at a Los Angeles bakery (maybe they figured they couldn't finish one on their own) and have been almost inseparable (like I said earlier, maybe it's just the promotion of the movie drawing them together).  Pinto just got out of a relationship with her fiancé last month... or husband depending what rumors you tend to believe.  If these reports are true, then what a heck of rebound Dev Patel has been able to get!
