Some of the hottest TV actors, Mandira Bedi, Mona Singh, Gulshan Grover, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sweta Keswani, Divya Dutta, Yash Tonk, and Rakhi Sawant, all got together for a hip, cool launch party for the new reality TV show called 'Arre Deewano Mujhe Pehchano'. It premieres on January 2nd on the entertainment channel Star Plus. Everyone was looking very sexy (especially Rakhi Sawant) as they posed in front of the show's sponsor signage.

Although the writers and creative team don't want their show to be taken as a copy of others before it, 'Arre Deewano Mujhe Pehchano' is much in the vein of MTV shows 'Punk'd' and 'Boiling Points', as the show will disguise the eight participating celebrity actors and they will play practical jokes and pranks on unsuspecting victims as well as their own family and friends at various different locations. Unlike other reality shows however, nobody will be eliminated at the end of each week and there will be no outside judges to decide who the winner is for that day. Rather, each week one of the actors will be named the 'Master of Disguise', which will be decided through a vote by the actors themselves.

We're not sure if this is going to turn out to be boring as there will be no suspense as to who will be cast out or who will remain, but we think the hijinks will make-up for the lack of cutthroat drama that regular reality shows bring. We do know that it'll be fun to see the innocent bystanders, friends, and family get played by the hot celebrities. So after all the New Year festivities die down, make sure to tune your remote control to the Star Plus channel and check out this new show. Let us know what you think!
