It's no secret that Kashif can sing and speak French, but did you know that's what he did before he made it big as an Urban Desi star with The Bilz?!  Back in 2000 Kashif was a part of the French boy band, Inmotion who acheived quite a bit of success in Canada.  The group scored a #1 single, 'Sauve Moi,' or 'Save Me,' which Kashif wrote as well as a top 5 single, 'Ou, Quand, Comment,' or 'Where, When, How,' on Quebec's Francophone Pop charts.  And get this - Kashif wrote about 80% of all the group's tracks and he did a lot of the choreography as well.  They were able to perform on TV shows, festivals, arenas and clubs and no doubt had all the girls swooning over them.  

So why did they end it all?  Well when the contract was up in 2004 the group decided to end their run, but Kashif still considers the boys his family and his foundation.  This no doubt set the stage for Kashif to gain the success he has today with The Bilz and Kashif.  And don't think we'll just give you all this info with no proof...
