Bikram Singh is back with his new track 'Aashiqan De Dil,' produced by Tigerstyle!  It's the first single off Bikram's highly anticipated summer release, 'Tip Top' (Soldier Sounds/VIP Urban).  The record is a straight up Bhangra banger and it's being touted as the song of the summer! 

But what we want to know is what's up with the name 'Tip Top'?  He went from an album titled, 'American Jugni,' to one titled 'Tip Top'!!  There's even talks of a 'Say No To 'Tip Top' campaign on the Urban Desi Show #70 with Arun and P!!  Either way the music should speak for itself regardless of the title.
