Himesh Reshamiyya has been sued by Kulwinder Kally for allegedly lifting Kally's song 'Soniye Je Tere Nal' for his new movie 'Karzzzz'. The song was part of Kally's album 'Sham Wali Gaddi' released by T-series 4 years ago. T-series says that they bought the song and lyric rights from Kally a while back, but the Canadian singer disagrees. Kally has threatened to take Reshammiya to court if he does not pay him Rs 5 crore in the next 15 days.
