AG Dolla: thats a hard one..hmm i have to say ' Under Your Spell'at the moment although 'pack it up' is something that relates to me

Desi Hits: Tell us a bit about your process. How do you come up with your songs? Listen to music first and write, or....?

AG Dolla: it always revolves arnd the music..eg a producer will send 10 tracks and i would pick 1 and write to it

AG Dolla: ..a lot of songs got cut from there for various reasons..i tell you what how about we give 'AG Tu Hai Mera Raja' away now 4 free?

AG Dolla: that song is available on the 'Row Ur Boat' E.P on i tunes! i hindsight maybe i shud have put in on there. A lot of songs...

Desi Hits: a good example of that is "AG Tu Hai Mera" - that song gets alot of spins on our Urban Desi radio show. How come it didnt make it?

AG Dolla: honestly im really not sure anymore about influences..music changes constantly. MC wise i like Lupe Fiasco, Eminem and Jay Z

AG Dolla: ..jazzy b is great..would love to work with him. On the urban asian side i quite like tigerstyle beats

AG Dolla: that one was tiring..still have a couple scenes to do..the video is something different.. a more serious side to me...

Desi Hits: In the UK, with so many talented desi artists, how does an artist stand out? Any advice to up and coming MCs and artists?

AG Dolla: lol.. dont do it get a job! you have to be able to manage yourself and have knowledge about the processes of promoting releasing...

AG Dolla: ..its not easy im one of the luck ones..then again i work very hard..u need ambition, passion and the ability to deal with w@nkers

AG Dolla: solely YOU..lol..i have a team..the only prob with building contacts yourself is people dont want to deal with your team...
