The R&B cutie dominated the American Music Awards last night, taking home trophies for male pop/rock artist, male soul/R&B artist and the biggest award of the night, artist of the year!  Turns out no one was more surprised then Chris, saying he would've given the award to Coldplay.  Don't discount yourself Chris, those dance moves and hot vocals have all the ladies screaming!
Other big winners of the night included Kanye West who won for rap/hip hop artist and rap/hip hop album.  Good thing he did, we don't think we can take another award show rant from Kanye on how he 'deserves' to win.  Chris's trendy lady Rihanna picked up pop/rock female artist and female soul/R&B artist.  While Alicia Keys's album, 'As I Am' won both soul/R&B and pop/rock trophies.  Her beautiful performance of 'Superwoman' alongside Queen Latifah and opera singer Kathleen Battle ended the night. 
Other performers included Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Kanye West, New Kids on the Block, Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.
