Cast: Fardeen Khan, Isha Koppikar and Esha Deol Director: Ram Gopal Verma When we saw the promos of Darling before its release we actually thought maybe with this film RGV would be able to redeem himself after the crap he served us in the form of Aag. But obviously we expected too much from a man who has given us the likes of Rangeela and Company. The film revolves around Fardeen who is married to Isha but is having an affair with Esha on the side. After a night of making mischief Esha and Fardeen get into an argument in which she accidentally dies.

And soon thereafter to avenge her death her spirit is seen tormenting Khan and his close members. So what started as being a comedy turned into a thriller at some point – but in any of its forms it failed to impress! Esha was probably the only marginal saving grace of the film showing that she needn't be next to naked in every film. Fardeen and Isha made us want to cringe and the direction and story line was even worse! We at Desi Hits! don't think anyone should go and watch this film. Not even if someone else is paying for your ticket… and your popcorn! Desi Hits! rating: 1* out of 5*
