It's been just under a month since one of Bhangra music's most beloved heroes passed away.  Kaka Bhaniawala is still remembered for his many contributions to the industry.  He was so loved by many and his death was a shock to everyone.  People poured out their love in the form of tributes to commemorate the fallen star.

Now artist Des-C has taken the time out to do what he can to help those who are still in mourning over Kaka Bhaniawala.  In a touching video he said that what he has done for the Bhangra industry "has been set in stone on our hearts."  He also shows a short clip of Kaka Bhaniawala's young nephew dancing to his music.  Des-C has collaborated with artists like Jaz Dhami to have an event for the Bhangra superstar Kaka Bhaniawala.

It will be a fundraiser that will take any profits made from the show and give them to Kaka Bhaniawala's wife and kids who are left without the most important person in their lives.  This is no doubt a generous feat that will be a good thing in the lives of those people Kaka Bhaniawala had to leave behind.

The event will take place on May 15th in the U.K. and will bring together some of today's hottest in the Desi music scene.  Hopefully the event will be a success for those who are spending time and money to plan the fundraiser.  Kaka Bhaniawala's family will probably be present to remember their loved one.
