desihits playlist on myspcae home pageFrom dressing the Pussycat Dolls in sarees to getting Sean Kingston to sing about Bollywood girls, Desi Hits! continues to bring Desi culture onto the mainstream scene.  Well, we have done it again! And this time it's through MySpace Music.   Our playlist, which consists of Urban Desi and Bhangra music, is featured on the homepage of the site as of today and we will continue to post our exclusive content on the MSM homepage. This is our way of getting talented artist in these genres more exposure. Our interview with Dancehall artist Sean Paul is currently on MSM.

MySpace Music is ranked #3 in Nielsen's Top Online Music Destinations so it makes it an ideal platform for our exclusive content.  From our interviews with some of the hottest celebs, to exclusive insights at V.I.P events, we will make this highly coveted content even more accessible.

Since its launch in September 2008, the MySpace Music site has grown 190%. This translates to an increase from 4.2 million unique visitors in 2008 to 12.1 million in June 2009. The traffic to the sub domain has increased 1,017 % year-over-year.

Being a leader in Desi entertainment content, we are proud to distribute it on a reputable site.
"Our goals is to make South Asian music more widely dispersed and offer an opportunity for South Asian artists to be exposed globally," explains DH! Web Marketing Executive Amit Dodeja.
