The two celebrated their 42nd marriage anniversary on October 11th, which also happens to be Big B's birthday and, unfortunately, the day when he was hospitalized for acute abdominal pain. Dilip and Saira, who had guests like Dharmendra and other close friends for lunch, prayed for the recovery of Amitabh. "Dilip Sahab is very fond of Amitji. He was very disturbed when he heard about Amitji and has been constantly asking about Amitji. We have been incessantly praying for his recovery".
