We've got to give it to Raghav for this one. The heartthrob singer recently visited a very special fan in the hospital, Dean Sheikh, a seven-year-old boy suffering from a rare, multifunctional disorder called dyskeratosis congenita, which currently only affects 38 people globally. Dean, from Notting Hill in the UK, is in dire need of a bone marrow transplant and is reportedly given only twelve years to live. Dean's concerned mother, Farah Iqbal, is desperately trying to find a bone marrow match for her son, saying, "Dean is a lovely, sociable boy. He is also very happy and very determined. A transplant would improve his quality of life. He wouldn't have to go to [the] hospital all the time and his immune system would be stronger."

Raghav and Iceberg Slimm donated blood at the hospital to see if they were potential matches with Dean. Raghav also presented Dean with an exclusive autographed CD bearing a special message to the champ: "To Dean, the strongest man I know. Lots of love, Raghav." This personalized act of humanitarianism only goes to show how big of a heart the internationally-famed performer truly has. Take note, superstars!
