Lakshmi Tatma was born with four legs and four arms in a small village in India, and now she's walking for the first time since she had a surgery to remove the extra limbs.  When she was born with a headless conjoined twin, who had died in the womb and had undergone a surgery to remove the extra limbs.  Now she's finally learning to walk at the age of two, yet she still needs more surgery.  You can see the below and after pictures below.
