Is Jay Sean on a roll or what?!  After the success of both 'Ride It' and 'Maybe,' Jay's back with his third video, 'Stay,' featuring Thara!  The timing for the release is perfect as Jay's single, 'Maybe,' has hit #19 on the UK charts and his CD, 'My Own Way,' is releasing on May 12th.

But we have to say we're a bit disappointed in the video, because while there are hot scenes between Jay and Thara, it's quite obvious that both 'Maybe,' and 'Stay,' were shot on the same day and both have the same feel.  You can compare both the videos below.
