With the immense success of 'Slumdog Millionaire' and all the attention its star Freida Pinto was getting, it was only a matter of time before Hollywood came knocking at her door. That knock came from legendary director Woody Allen.

Woody Allen has been in the business for over four decades. He has worked on numerous hits, such as 'Annie Hall' and 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona.' Penelope Cruz just won the Oscar for her supporting role in the latter film and Freida Pinto is being cast in a supporting role for this film. Just throwing it out there!

The film is still in the early stages of production and does not even have a name yet. It is set to start filming this summer in London. The film will also star Josh Brolin, Naomi Watts, and Anthony Hopkins. The film is being described as a romance but that is really all that's being said about the movie. Details of the film are being kept under wraps but if Woody Allen's track record is any indication, I'm sure it will be a hit!

It is hard to believe that this will only be the second film Freida Pinto has starred in; she worked mostly as a model before she landed the role in Danny Boyle's 'Slumdog Millionaire.' I am sure that the movie offers will start piling in now with the success of 'Slumdog Millionaire.'
