We always tell you that the world is digging Desi right now and Desi Hits! brings you the show to prove it!  We have launched "The Equation" series, a show that offers popular celebrities the opportunity to go Desi.

Whether it’s through music or fashion, we are happy to bring our culture to their doorstep so celebs can embrace it. Their desire to discover more about Desi culture drew some big names in the American music biz to the east, and as always Desi Hits! was there to give them a taste of our lifestyle. So if you thought that R&B starlet Cassie was the only U.S. artist to be desified, think again!

In our latest episode, the rapping rockers from Gym Class Heroes are challenged by Desi Hits! host Kiran to a game of Pitthu a.k.a Indian dodge ball. Team members Travis McCoy, Matt McGinley, Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo and Eric Roberts all listened carefully to the instructions and seemed set on winning the game! Cocky McCoy even told Karen that she was "done, so done!" and that his aim was to "make her hurt!" Ouch!

So how did the game go? Well, after splitting into two teams, Travis' and Karen’s squads did their best to knock over as many disks as possible, but only one group can win! And the trophy for best Pitthu player goes to … well check out the video and see for yourself!
