'Harry Potter' Versus 'Hari Puttar'

Looks like upcoming Bollywood film, Hari Puttar - A Comedy of Terrors, is in trouble with the producers of the widely popular Harry Potter film series. Seems like Warner Brothers movie studio is suing Mirch Movies, the studio which produced Hari Puttar, because they believe the film's title is too close to Harry Potter. Now Mirchi Movies is saying they obtained the rights to the name in 2005, so why now?
While the film doesn't release until September 12th, the court case hearing is on August 25th and could very well stop the release of Hari Puttar. Is Bollywood finally getting in trouble for ripping off Hollywood? Or is this lawsuit uncalled for? Drop us a comment with your thoughts.

so yah its about time bollywood got wha they deserve, every 3rd movie is a copy. desi ppl r so talented and need to get more creative!

is this movie a copy of harry potter thoughh? If it is definitely they should get sued because no one should do that everyone in india already loves harry potter so why need hari puttar? kinda lame....but I would wanna see the movie jus get creative make a new title!! how hard could it seriously be tht u gotta copy harry potter

i actually think suing is a bit of an overreaction...the title hari puttar is just a harmless play on the words, they're not trying to rip off harry potter or anything like that...but yea if anyone should be upset it's the home alone producers, cuz that's where the rip is coming from...
