Bollywood actor, Hrithik Roshan and his wife Suzanne were amongst those that lent their support for the AIDS awareness campaign. The couple was spotted at the 26th International AIDS Candlelight Memorial event held  at Shivaji Park in Mumbai on Tuesday.  Hrithik Roshan even went as far as to take a pledge saying "I will" to show his support for the cause.

Hrithik told sources "We are not doing this only for HIV infected people. We are doing this for you and me. AIDS is not something that is happening to other people, but it is happening to us." The Bollywood superstar gave credit to his wife Suzanne for getting him involved with this important cause. Suzanne said that "I think it is important for prominent people to do something for human value."

The event was held by the Heroes Project, a cause under the National AIDS Control Organization, and is in association with the Mumbai District AIDS Control Society.  Hrithik and Suzanne truly showed their compassion to the cause at the candlelight memorial.
