Talwalkers is probably one of the largest health chains in all of India. That's why it's no surprise that they took part in this year's addition of Femina Miss India 2009. The event gathered ten of the most beautiful women around the country so the media could have a chance to sit down and get to know them better.

These finalists are fit, beautiful, and ready to show off their bodies as well as their talent. As a special surprise, the beautiful actress Isha Kopikkar made an appearance at the event. She was laid back in jeans and a white top, but still managed to look pretty.

The contestants were all excited to dance and do some exercise and one said that "I have always known and heard about the greatness of Talwalkars. Talwalkars is something unique when one talks about fitness. Everyone here is professional and very friendly. It has a great working atmosphere and I love working out here".

Even Isha Kopikkar was impressed with the women that were in this year's competition. She said "I must say that each and every contestant looks great and every one of them has a great body. I wish them all the luck for the contest," she added about her own body and workout "I have always been a fitness freak. I do yoga everyday and I feel the mantra to fitness is 'eat healthy and sleep healthy'. One should eat as per the body demands".
