"The Blueprint 3" packs in 15 hot tracks featuring artists like Kid Cudi, Pharrell, Drake, and many more. Jay-Z has definitely matured over the years and his experience on the rap scene is reflected in this sophisticated album.

The official kick-off to his tour is on October 9th at Penn State University. 21 shows have been announced and Penn State will not be the only university visited.
