John Abraham and Bipasha Basu's sexy and steamy film, 'Jism' changed the Bollywood scene, ushering in a new wave of passionate and sex-filled films.  Now five years later, producers are all set to bring the film back to life with a sequel that will feature three new faces.  Like the original, the sequel will revolve around infidelity and will be a murder mystery.  But unlike the original, which was written by Mahesh Bhatt, the sequel will be written by Shagufta Rafique who has written the scripts for 'Awarapaan' and 'Woh Lamhe.'  She adds this as another feather in her cap, as she's already written scripts for the upcoming films, 'Raaz 2 - The Mystery Continues,' 'Sin City,' and 'Jashan.'

'Jism' was based on Hollywood film, 'Body Heat' and launched Bipasha Basu and John Abraham as the hottest couple in Bollywood.  Who can forget the sexy scenes including one with blind folds and ice!  Phew, talk about sexy!  No doubt the films major success came as a pleasant surprise to producers Pooja Bhatt and Sujit Kumar.   The film started a tradition of sorts for Vishesh Films, as they continued to produce a series of erotic films including, 'Murder,' 'Paap,' and 'Zeher,' which all did well at the box office. 

It seems the producers won't stop at 'Jism 2' though, they plan cash in on the success by turning 'Jism' into a franchise!  'Jism' will be turned into a series of passionate and erotic films but all will feature different stories.  In fact, the producers are saying they already have 10 scripts in the pipeline!  Wow, we can't wait to see who's going to be starring in each of them!  Either way whoever the stars are it's going to be extremely hard to top the steamy Jodi of John Abraham and Bipasha Basu!
