Kidd Skilly Lends a Hand to Charity

As Kidd Skilly gears up to release his new mixtape, "UnderCover SuperStar," we found out he's lending a helping hand to those in need at the same time. The proceeds from the pre-sale of the mix tape will go to the "World Foundation for Music and Charity."
"This charity is important to me because it proves that you can flip any negative into a positive ....9/11 was such a tragedy and this charity was born out of helping victims from that horrendous event. Now this charity teaches kids to reach for their dreams... something that we don t do enough of especially as Indians," said Skilly.
Skilly hopes the mixt ape will be an inspiration to others as he said, "There are thousands of Kidd Skilly 's and even more UnderCover Superstars .... and that is why I do this, these are my people who march with me regardless."

You know Kaur, honestly I do have a reason to "whine" about haters and hating and promise none of those reasons are the ones you listed. haha what exactly do you mean by 'people reveal their insecurities'?? Do you realize that you make no sense?? What kind of insecurities could I possibly have that would be brought out by people hating on someone else?? The reason I even said anything is because it really just urks me that people seriously have shit to talk when all the kidd is doing is donating some money to soemthign he believes in. you guys are all so superficial and living in some warped world.

Wah Wah Wah, stop crying. People reveal their insecurities when they whine about "hating and haters." When others make a comment or critique, if you have to resort to "stop hating!" you a)are overly sensitive; b)deep down inside know what you're defending really does suck and this can be your only retort; c)are a 13-yr girl. Note - (a) and (c) are pretty much the same thing.

Why is there so much politics?? Who caress soo much?? Kidd Skilly is donating part of his proceeds to a cause he believes in..is there seriously a debate on why the article is here or isnt? Isn't desi hits just putting up information they receive..isn't it their JOB to do that??? What is there to hate about on Kidd Skilly? He isnt standard. He is a music artist that makes urban desi music..he is relevant to this segment on Desi Hits whether or not he is a good artist or bad artist in your eyes. PLEASE..even if he was some random person in a dorm hall selling candy and saying that part of the proceeds goes to a charity wouldnt people pay attention to it?? or would it be some kind of a stunt to sell CANDY! Whyy would you think it is some kind of a stunt??? Don't you think that people who believe in a certain cause try and give money back to support it..just because none of YOU would do it doesnt mean no one else would.

Wow, DesiHits must really be struggling if they've resorted to articles about a regular "joe-shmoe" doing charity. Skilly must really be struggling if he's resorted to PR stunts like this. What's next, sending out mass posts on Facebook to ask everyone to call in DesiHits to request his song? :)
