Halloween is here and who better to ask for costume advice than the queen of quirky outfits, Lady Gaga? In a radio interview with Z-100 radio station the other day, Gagita listed the ingredients to a perfect Halloween costume: "Wigs, purple shampoo and high heels. Lots of latex."

But the while the pop princess has some good costume advice in store for her fans, she said she will probably not dress up this year. What? How ironic! The superwoman of all amazing attires is apparently going incognito and said that "I'm just gonna not dress up, because I have been unable to just go out and have, like, a good hammered evening out ... sloppy, like maybe face-down somewhere in a bar."

What an interesting choice for someone known for her crazy hair colors, mad makeup and sexy body suit! But staying low-key doesn’t mean that the Lady won’t enjoy seeing fans dressed up like her: "So I'm pretty excited about going out and not dressing up, because I heard that a lot of people are dressing like me," she said.
