Navin Kundra is Giving Raghav Some Competition

The type of music they both create is sort of similar in itself: it's pop with a Hindi twist. Plus let's not forget the Bollywood samples, with Raghav it was 'Kabhi Aar Kabhi Par' and with Navin it's 'Bindiya Chamkegi.' Hmm... sounds similar to us!
Then there's the case of collaborations. Raghav had Redman on his single, 'My Kinda Girl' and Navin Kundra says he has a similar collaboration in the works. 'There's one big one in the pipeline with a Mainstream International Artist, but I can't say anything more about that just yet!' said Navin.
All right so we just had to ask Navin about this so-called feud between the two singers and here's what Navin said, 'I am now being managed by Raghav's ex-Manager...so people now think me and Raghav are enemies - just for the record...we're not!'
There are a few things that Navin is doing that Raghav would never think of doing, such as fraternizing with the competition! Navin says he's collaborated with Rishi Rich and Jay Sean on a track called 'Fade Away' for his new album, as well as recording with Rishi for the Bollywood project 'Kambakth Ishq.'
'I've also recently recorded for a new Bollywood Film, 'Kambakth Ishq,' with music director Anu Malik, Rishi Rich and Veronica. I'm really excited about being the voice of Akshay Kumar in the film!'
Sounds like Navin might take it one step higher then Raghav! Maybe Raghav's got to watch his back, Navin just might take his crown!

This is what DesiHits has resorted to reporting? They must be hurting... Besides, didn't Raghav wash out back in 2006 or something? Haven't heard much besides a single here and there that doesn't get much airplay or publicity.

I agree Navin and Raghav r quite similar even humrahee has a bollywood sound like navins tukde tukde but i dont think raghav can sing punjabi like navin.I didnt know he has the same manager now but i think its natural with all these artists to be influenced by each other. I think its too early to compare these guys at the moment especialy as navin is so new. raghav has made his mark lets see what navin does now

Raghav's getting real old, real fast (not age wise but musically) Even though his single had Redman a major international artist and it still didn't get as popular as expected. So while Navin may not be Raghav's competition, it's easy to see why people are comparing them.

can someone please help the cause and give us "GOOD" examples why Hdhami isn't a copy of Juggy D???!! dude copies his moves, songs sound just like Juggy's..yes because Rishi did the tracks and smiles and dances just like him. I don't know if desis are fools but don't come back with an answer like "oh he's someone's son" thats the worst answer ever. By the way, your comparison of pritam with arabic & world music is stupid lolll. Its called "influence"! What we do know is pritam's style is veryy similar to A.R Rahman and i won't deny it, he's trying to steall his game!
Itz really hard to give up sterotyping when we keep getting pushed that way (example saying h-dhami is another juggy d): Comparing artists this way really hypocritical. Everyones different, dh said it themselves! everyone on dh denounced the fact that h-dhami was another juggy and i totally agree with that statement (h-dhami is hella different compared to juggy). but theres no need to start comparing other artists in being hella similar. everyone is unique, no matter what! y not look at differences within artists than similarities, when the similarities add up more than differences, than say something (like how pritam the music director's music is hella a like a lot of arabic and world music?) Why not a article about that, how pritam seems to be taking a little to much from others hmmm?

I can see Navin turning into Raghav, look at the guys image. He is not there yet but I agree I can see it happening. Navin is not as talented but I think as Raghav weens he is going to try to be a replacement.
Navin's too new of an artist to compare to Raghav who's been in the biz for years now. Come on desihits this is really dissappointing.
