Well according to three producers from Pennsylvania he is! The Boogii Men Entertainment Group claim Luda swiped the beats for his track 'Get Back' from them in 2004 when the group sent him a beat CD to try and work with the star.

Luda's peeps haven't said anything on the matter, but guess they'll have to if this thing goes to court. We wonder if it's true or just a ludacris rumor!
