Some of hip-hop's finest and well known, which include Ludacris, T.I., and Young Jeezy, will come together to take part in their first ever joint Holiday Bash this Saturday in Long Island, New York. Ludacris, who hails from the same town as the two hip-hop artists Jeezy and T.I., has been wanting to put together a tour for a while. With the release of all three hip-hop artists' highly successful albums, T.I.'s 'Paper Trail' (1X Platinum), Young Jeezy's 'The Recession' (Gold), and Ludacris' 'Theater of the Mind,' any talk of concerts will indisputably spark the interest and anticipation of the event by true hip-hop fans all over the world. In a November MTV interview, he showed his sincere interest in making the concerts happen. Unfortunately, for right now Ludacris has made it clear, 'I haven't confirmed anything yet. It's little talks here and there. But I'll put it out there: I would love to do a tour where it's me, T.I. and Jeezy. Me, Tip, and Jeezy would be outrageous. But nothing is confirmed yet,' and it is yet to be known if this will be a dream unfulfilled.
The first show in New York will be a test run that will not only give Luda, T.I., and Jeezy an idea of the fans' response, but show how well the trio can work together. Hopefully fans will give the right kind of reply to the performance and make them realize that a nationwide show and eventually (we hope) a world-tour is really a great idea. After all, it's something that will make the already wealthy artist more money and they will have as much fun as the fans, doing something they love. If the rappers came together, how would Desi Hits readers feel about them coming for a show in Mumbai?
