Malkit was honored by Queen Elizabeth as she named him a Member of the British Empire or MBE.  While his name was included in the list last year, the ceremony actually took place last night at Buckingham Palace.  The award is meant to honor people who have done great service to the nation and community.... Well Malkit is the biggest selling Bhangra artist ever!!
