Now we all know it’s been a while since she’s had a hit to her name and because of that Esha says she’s going to finally start making smarter decisions. (Thank God!... she can do so much better than ‘Darling’!) "I was not very selective earlier. I have a large heart and I can't say no to my friends. However, with time one has to realise the importance of picking up the right kind of projects," said Esha.

Even mummyji Hema Malini is hell bent on taking her daughter’s career to the next level, so much so that she started her own production company! She thinks no one is able to portray Esha the right way, so she’s starting a production company for Esha and so her other daughter Ahana can get into production… what a loyal Mom! But considering the past failures Hema’s had with producing, wonder if this time around will be any different?
