It's been a great year for film in the U.S. and in India. 2008 brought us some exciting releases that included everything from 'Iron Man' to The 'Curious Case of Benjamin Button' and in Bollywood films like 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi', 'Singh is Kinng', and the highly anticipated Aamir Khan movie 'Ghajini' which came out at the cusp of the year and will continue it's success in 2009. But there are still a ton of films coming out this year to look forward to in both Bollywood and Hollywood which are sure to have you at the edge of your seat with excitement.

We have been seeing the previews this past year and have gotten a lot of cool information for what's to come. The actors in Bollywood are certainly hard at work just like in Hollywood and I wanted to bring you some of my personal top picks that I just can't wait to see and review for all of you Desi Hits! readers! So far it looks like there's going to be a lot we can expect in Hollywood.

There is already a comprehensive list that is sure to have some remakes, sequels, and new releases. Just a preview of these include the new 'Harry Potter' film, 'Transformers 2', a new 'Terminator' film, 'Star Trek', 'Watchmen' and 'X-Men'. It seems like Hollywood's focus is on remakes and sequels. In Bollywood there are three movies I just can't wait to see! They are 'New York', the new John Abraham film about 9/11, 'Chandni Chowk to China' which Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone will make really worth seeing, and of course Salman Khan's 'Veer' which Desi Hits! has brought you some exclusive pictures of. Desi Hits! will be sure to review all the movies you're looking forward to in 2009!
