Well, well, well, looks like Bhangra songstress Nindy Kaur didn’t forget about her fans this Diwali! The U.K. singer is quite busy making waves on the Bhangra scene but that didn’t stop her from bringing her fans a special Diwali release with her track "Dil Mera Laigiya." Nindy Kaur was once more known as the wife of acclaimed singer and producer Manjeet Ral of RDB, but now she is recognized for her own talent and accolades.

From her song featuring in the Bollywood film "Aloo Chaat" to her performance at the Toronto Film Festival, Nindy’s vocals are being heard around the world. And she seems more in touch with her fans than ever. Lately Nindy has been giving her fans an insight into her life through her video blogs and now she is giving them another treat; a free download of her new song "Dil Mera Laigiya."

Desi Hits! talked to Nindy and asked about how she got the idea to share the song with her fans.

"When I do my live set, the crowd love this song. I can feel their energy, so I thought, why not give my fans something which they'd love to hear. Manj & I talked about it and everyone's been patiently waiting for my debut album so a one-track teaser would be good, it keeps everyone waiting for more!" Nindy explained.

And besides being a fan favorite, "Dil Mera Laigiya" is also one of Nindy's most beloved songs. "I love this song, it's one of my favorites! On such a happy holiday, I thought it would be the best gift that I could give to my fans across the world," she told us.
