Urban Desi rapper Nivla and U.S. Punjabi singer P. Oberoi, most known for their appearance in the 2008 Superbowl contest "Doritos Crash the Superbowl," have dropped a new track in collaboration with R&B artist Justin Mathews.

"Never backing Down" is inspired from Nivla’s diverse taste in music and outlook on life.

"I wanted to put a promotional track together that would embody the three elements of what's huge in music today; rap, R&B and Desi music. I have been working for years with P.Oberoi, so I knew he'd murder this track, which is what he did! Then more recently I started working with Justin Mathews who to me is the next generation’s Jay Sean! The concept of the track is basically letting all haters know that I am "Never Backing Down" regardless of what negativity you put out there about me. And piecing this concept together over the "Run This Town" beat, it just all seemed to be cohesive," Nivla told Desi Hits!
