Millions of women escaped into a fantasy world as they watched scandalous and steamy scenes of a woman all over her sexy, secret lover. The man they were watching was Jesse Metcalfe, a talented actor who became a household name after he  played the role of John Rowland, a teenage gardener, who has an affair with Eva Longoria's character in the ABC TV drama, 'Desperate Housewives'. Desi Hits! earns more bragging rights from this exclusive interview with the handsome and charming actor! Since his career skyrocketed after his role on 'Desperate Housewives', Jesse Metcalfe has moved on to play roles in movies such as 'John Tucker Must Die', 'American Cowslip', and recently, 'The Other End of the Line'. 'The Other End of the Line' is a film where the stud  hooks up with a desi chick! Ooh la la! The idea of traveling to India attracted Jesse to the film. The actor actually traveled out there to shoot parts of the film.

 Metcalfe: "I had so much fun in India. We got to go out to a lot of the cool nightclubs and hotspots."

'The Other End of the Line' is based around a girl in India who works at a call center, falls for a guy over the phone and travels to San Francisco to be with him. The romantic comedy stars Metcalfe and Shriya Saran. The cast also includes Bollywood actor, Anupam Kher.

Being that it was Jesse's first time working with an Indian film actress, I wondered what his experience was like.

Metcalfe: "Working with Shriya was wonderful. She is beautiful and talented."

Seeing how attracted his character, Granger Woodriff, is to a desi girl, I wondered if Metcalfe has ever dated an Indian girl in real life.

Metcalfe: "No, I have never dated an Indian girl before, but I think they are some of the most beautiful women in the world, and I would love to date one!"

You're probably wondering if the actor met any of the lovely ladies of Bollywood. Well, has he?

Metcalfe: "I met several Bollywood celebs. I don't remember all of their names, but it was great meeting them."

So, are we ever going see the actor appear in a Bollywood film?'

Metcalfe: "No, I would never do a Bollywood film because of the fantasy aspects of it. I am really into realism, however, I think they are incredible productions!"
