Oh DMX, shame on you! Don't you know that you can run, but you can't hide! The rapper who is known just as much for his music career as his constant trouble with the law was finally caught in Miami at the home of producer Scott Storch on December 9th. DMX was facing drug and animal cruelty charges and was a wanted man by the Phoenix, Arizona police earlier this month, because he failed to make an appearance in court on December 5th.
DMX owns a home in Phoenix, which is where the police found the bodies of three dead Pitbull dogs and took a dozen more into possession, although there was no real proof of dog fighting, DMX was charged with animal cruelty as the animals were in obviously poor condition. Drug paraphernalia and Marijuna were also found in the controversial rapper's home as the police made a thorough search throughout the house. Arizona police were so desperate for the capture, that they offered a five thousand dollar reward for leads and were given information from an unidentified woman living in Georgia. Due to the flightiness of the hip-hop artist there was even a hundred and twenty thousand dollar bail which was required in cash.
Finally after having captured the criminal rapper almost a month ago, DMX has been extradited. He was spending the last few weeks in a Miami jail cell and was finally moved Friday night to Maricopa County Jail in Arizona. We're not sure what this means for the new albums X was releasing at the same time in January. The hip-hop CD "Walk With Me Now" and Gospel album "You'll Fly With Me Later" may have to be postponed for a while. That's not going to make X fans all that happy, but we'll see.

This man definitly needs a prayer!! Seriously
