Bhangra group RDB makes history for being the first British Asian band to be on the cover of Invincible Magazine.

RDB is amidst big names with the magazine's past name drops that include Barack Obama and Kano. RDB appeared on the widely followed magazine's 10th anniversary cover. The magazine often features urban music trends and is part of the Urban Music Awards (UMA) where they introduced the category for best British Asian Artist this year.

"RDB are the innovators, they are doing an excellent job to merge two massive industries. I selected the boys as they truly represent music, which has no language no barriers. This is history in the making," said Invincible C.E.O. Jordan Kensington.

RDB recently came out with the track Soniye (Stronger), a tasty fusion of genres. They combined a Daft Punk sample with Kanye and mixed in their original Indian sound with Punjabi vocals to release their sixth single. Remixed by RDB, it was written by N.S. Chauhan and performed by Binder.

RDB talks about their work in a documentary that takes viewers behind the scenes. Be on the look out for an upcoming album this summer.

What do you think about the magazine cover? Are you excited to hear more from RDB, or someone else? Let us know below.
