'Saawariya' Premiere in the US!

We all know how you are anxiously waiting to see ‘Saawariya’ which releases in exactly four weeks from today. Now the good news for you (or actually for those who can make it!) is that the Sanjay Leela Bhansali epic will open the Mahindra Indo-American Arts Council (MIAAC) Film Festival on November 7 and release commercially two days later in over 80 theatres in North America!
The film marks the debut of Ranbir Kapoor (son of actor Rishi Kapoor) and Sonam Kapoor (daughter of actor-producer Anil Kapoor) and is based on Dostoevsky's short story ‘White Nights.’ Saawariya is being pegged as the biggest film of the five day festival which will showcase 70 films and is expected to close with another big star cast film – ‘The Last Lear’ by Rituparno Ghosh which has Amitabh Bachchan playing an ageing Shakespearean actor. Mira Nair, Ismail Merchant, Deepa Mehta, Gurinder Chaddha and Nagesh Kukunoor have all presented their films at the festival. Definitely not a bad place for two aspiring actors to begin their B-Town journey, right?

its a flop movie

WOW!! I can't believe u said that about Ranbir..that is a really low thing to say..u r rite he does luk like one but i think his hot..luk i dont want any arguement im juz sayin tha truth.. Wel out of all tha things that u guyz r sayin abt him but i think Sonam n Ranbir luk hot n spicy 2geta n thatz wat makez a great on screen couple great actorz.. I can't wait 4 tha film realease..it lukz fantastic n romantic..
Sonam is beautiful, but Ranbir looks like he has Downs Syndrome. All he's got is the name.
