It's Sanjay Dutt's 49th birthday, but the superstar isn't exactly in a celebrating mood.  Why you ask?  Well in the wake of the recent terrorist attacks in Bangalore and Ahmedabad, India, Sanjay felt like it would be inappropriate to have a birthday bash when people have lost their lives.  So while Sanjay's wife Manyata had planned a surprise party for the star, he'll now be spening the day working with a prayer in his heart for the victims and their families.  Quite a tragedy...
