Bollywood and Hollywood greatly differ as movie industries but stars from both worlds are in consensus when it comes to investing in the Middle-East. Shahrukh Khan is developing a cluster of buildings in Ras Al Khaimah, one of the UAE's seven emirates. And Oscar winning actress Hillary Swank will be endorsing Aquitainia, a $1.49 billion project on The World islands in Dubai.
