Looks like we’re gonna have to wait a little longer to see Johnny Depp in a Desi flick, because Mira Nair’s film, ‘Shantaram’ has been delayed because of the writers’ strike.

It was set to shoot in India in February but had to be pushed back because they needed to tweak the script. Oh and India’s monsoon season isn’t helping either. Let’s just hope the heavens give way and the writers reach an agreement, so we can see Johnny in a sherwani !!!
