Sonu Nigam shared the stage with famous Belgian jazz pianist, Jean Francois Maljean and sitar maestro Niladri Kumar, yesterday, at the Bandra-Kurma Complex in Bandra, Mumbai. The fusion concert was opened by Maljean. Niladri Kumar, along with his band, ‘Sitar Funk’ performed next. India’s most versatile singer, Sonu Nigam, took the concert hall by storm through his performances. His acts included The Bee Gees 'Stayin Alive', Eric Clapton's 'Wonderful Tonight' and a few of his most popular songs such as ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’, ‘Rang De’ and ‘Bijuriya.
This is just one more example of how Indian artists are collaborating with international artists from all over the world. Indian music is truly becoming a global phenomenon.
