An inside source revealed to DesiHits.com that Suga Kane Records is getting a high profile artist for the remix of the track, ‘Kurian Tho Bachke’, with the likes of Fat Joe and DMX in the talks. The track was officially coined as the follow up to the hit single, ‘Beware of the Boys (Mundian Tho Bachke)’. Currently, talks are being held with Suga Kane Records. The label is attempting to break into mainstream American music charts by collaborating with a major rapper for the remix.
The original track was produced by Code Red, the producer who has proved that he is as big of a hit maker that Big Suga Kane (creator of Sugar Kane Records) bragged he was. Word on the street is that other producers and labels are resentful that Labh Janjua, the Punjabi artist who did the vocals on ‘Mudian Tho Bachke’, chose Suga Kane to do the follow-up of ‘Kurian Tho Bachke’.
It was the same powerhouse moves by Suga Kane Records that landed them the rights to Labh Janjua’s first album, ‘The King’, which debuted at number one in the UK charts. In addition to this track, it has also been revealed that Suga Kane Records has managed to sign Labh Janjua to their label for North America.
Currently the artist and label are producing a video for the anthem which will be featured on Code Red’s highly anticipated album, ‘Code Of The Streets’. Desi Hits! has been given exclusive behind-the-scene footage of Labh Janjua at the label’s Million Dollar Studios, which will be coming your way shortly!
