All right so here’s another ridiculous case of censorship and police involvement! Seems like the beautiful Sushmita Sen has gotten herself in trouble with the Madras High Court in India over a comment she made about sex before marriage… yeah that’s right a COMMENT! So what’s the big deal?

Well Sush said in an interview recently, “No Indian has chastity or virginity anymore,” and the cops think her comment puts India’s moral fabric in jeopardy. Really?! Are they serious? All the girl did was give her opinion, which we’re not saying is wrong or right, but it’s HER opinion. Isn't this the 21st century where people are allowed to express how they feel about all subjects with out having to worry about the cops coming after them?!

While we’re not justifying Sushmita’s words, we just wonder… From the whole Shilpa Shetty scandal to this, is India’s court system justified in their actions or are they taking it a little too far? Drop us a comment and tell us what you think!
