On her way to promote "Road, Movie" at the Toronto International Film Festival, "Brick Lane" star Tannishta Chatterjee made a stop in the U.S. to talk about her new film directed by Dev Benegal.

The storyline has been kept secret and the trailer will only be released a few days before the Toronto premiere on September 18, but Tannishta had this to say about shooting the movie in India:

"My fondest memory of making this movie was coming from the London weather and I was dying for the sun, and I really got it! My fondest memory was also the music session. There was a teacher that came to teach me, it was an amazing session. The weather was nice and filming was fun."

Tannishta also described her relation to director Dev Benegal as "cool."
"[Dev] was pretty cool with us, we said we couldn’t shoot at five in the morning so [he] said 'ok we can shoot at five in the evening.' [He was] so sweet to us," the actress said.
