After their hit single ‘Turn the Music Up,’ The Bilz and Kashif are releasing a brand new single, ‘One Voice,’ yet this project has a very good message behind it. ‘One Voice’ is a conscious record with lyrics aimed at producing change around the world. In fact, The Bilz and Kashif are donating all proceeds from the single via iTunes and Jamster ringtones to War Child Canada, which is a charity that helps generate awareness and support for children’s rights. So what prompted the guys to create such a meaningful message? Well with their recent trip to India, they felt they had a responsibility to create awareness about the things they saw, especially concerning children. Thus, ‘One Voice’ was born. The video for the track will feature messages of terrorism, peace, unity and humanitarianism.
DJ Vicious had this to say about the project, “’One Voice’ is something we wanted to do for Global welfare. Experiencing the Gulf War with my family as a child was a life changing experience with my family that I will never forget, so I felt a need to do something for the war affected kids in India, Pakistan or around the world.”
After the horrendous attacks in Mumbai, it’s heart-warming to see The Bilz and Kashif use their fame and music to spread awareness about such an important charity. The Bilz and Kashif consists of DJ Vicious & Master-D, they both bring to the table their own set of unique influences that make them a perfect recording duo. Their vision in production is to create music that can’t be matched by their comptetion and to remain leaps and bounds ahead of the industry. By doing this they are set to maintain their club and commercial record success. We salute the guys in their crusade.

The message behind the song is good, but it is not original. Not their fault since these kinds of videos have been done way before. Sara Mcglaughin's video, World on Fire, is an excellent video that other artists should follow. Their budget was 150,000 for making the video, but instead spent 15 dollars. They donated their 150,000 dollars to good causes around the world. I wonder how much money the Bilz took to produce their video...
