While Michael Jackson fans from all over the world want the late King of Pop back, the Jackson 5’s new album "I Want You Back! Unreleased Masters" is set to hit stores November 10, in celebration of the group’s 40th anniversary.
The release contains 12 previously unreleased Motown tracks recorded from 1969 to 1974. The album also features "Buttercup," in collaboration with Stevie Wonder, a medley of "I Want You Back/ABC/The Love You Save," as well as a new version of "Never Can Say Goodbye" and "Dancing Machine." "That’s How Love Is" is one of the singles off the album that was never released but is now available on iTunes.
So when can we look forward to seeing the former members of the Jackson 5 in a reunion concert? Well, while we can’t say for sure that there will ever be one, Michael’s older brother Jermaine Jackson, is busy touring the world and attending events in honor of the King of Pop. He is currently in Mumbai to record an album with music legend Adnan Sami. The composer couple is planning on doing two songs together, one of which will be a tribute to Mumbai, a city that Jermaine is fascinated by. We can’t wait to hear the result of this collaboration!
In the meantime, listen to the Jackson 5’s new single "That’s How Love Is" and tell us what you think!
