He's the world's worst student, he's Desi and to top it off, he's 74 years old!  If you thought you were a bad student, wait until you hear this!  Shiv Charan, a retired farmer from Rajasthan, India has been trying to pass his year 10 exams since 1969 and he recently failed again at his 38th try!!  Now we've heard of the saying, when you fail, try, try again, but isn't that a little ridiculous?!  Can you imagine, you're 15 and your classmate is your Grandfathers age! 

Oh, but wait, there's a moral to this story... the reason Shiv keeps trying year after year, is he's vowed not to get married until he finally does, if he ever sees that day!  And get this - he's been quoted as saying he'll only marry a girl who's younger then 30!  Hey now partner, isn't that asking for a little too much?
