Desi Hits! recently leaked exclusives on Jay Sean and M.I.A., and now, more news on them! As we reported earlier, the two are nominated in several categories for tonight's UK 2008 Music of Black Origin Awards (the MOBOs), held at London's Wembley Arena. Jay Sean raked in two nods for the 'Best UK Male' and 'Best R&B/Soul' categories, and rapper/singer M.I.A. contends for the 'Best UK Female' title for her catchy album, 'Kala', whose track 'Paper Planes' is featured in the stoner comedy, 'Pineapple Express'. The song is widely spun around the globe! M.I.A. will be competing with five-time nominated Kanye West collaborator, Estelle, for 'Best UK Female', which resident songbird turned tragic coke-fiend, Amy Winehouse, won in 2007. Let's hope M.I.A. won't float 'Mango Pickle Down River' by following in Winehouse's footsteps if she wins! Desi Hits! will bring you the big winners and even bigger losers from tonight's MOBOs! saira no offense to your comment, but ya you have ur voice and everything, but do you see urself running a website, so what if they promoting jay sean, what is it to you, their are other artist that they have and do promote, you must not really read properly or u just come to the site to hate on jay sean?? not sure if anyone notices, but Desihits, promote Jay Sean more than any other artist, as much as people want to know about him, gettin him played out like that is not the answer, I was going through the pages, and Jay Sean has atleast 3 articles on every page, like get off his dick, u guys are dick riders
